Refund (Return/ Exchange) Policy

Here at the Furniture Collection we want you to have the best experience allowing us to provide you with the best quality furniture and decor that best fits your needs.

If you are unsatisfied with a product due to damage or may simply not fit your needs, you may exchange or return it within 25 days from Original Invoice date. Invoice required for exchange. 

Exchanges will be credited for item(s) of equal or greater value.

Items are only accepted in original packaging and there will be a 20% restock fee. 

All items must also be in new or unused condition. This includes nailing, screwing, and installation of hardware.
Items that have been assembled cannot be returned or exchanged. 

There are no returns on All Mattresses and Upholstery Items such as Sofas, Love Seats, Chairs, Sectionals, Etc. As well as on Clearence Items.
